Booking & Deposit Policy
To secure your project and reserve your requested production date, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. No services, scheduling, or production work will begin until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Failure to submit the required deposit may result in your requested date becoming available to other clients.
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to K-Fy Productions' booking policies, payment terms, and cancellation policy.
