Booking & Deposits

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all production services. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and your project has been accepted by K-Fy Productions.

The deposit is applied toward your total project balance.
 

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Final deliverables may be withheld until payment has been received in full.
 

Project Scheduling

Production dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.
 

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel a project, the deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs, scheduling, and preparation already completed.
 

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their production date. Rescheduling requests must be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply if significant changes are made after production planning has begun.
 

Client Delays

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for scheduled production sessions. Excessive delays may reduce available production time or result in additional charges.
 

Revision Policy

Each project includes the number of revisions specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond those included may be billed at the current hourly or project rate.
 

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery dates are provided at the beginning of each project. Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and revision requests.
 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information.

• Securing all necessary permissions, permits, and location approvals.

• Arriving prepared with required materials, talent, and wardrobe.

• Reviewing deliverables promptly and communicating revision requests within the agreed timeframe.
   

Copyright & Usage

Unless otherwise stated in writing, K-Fy Productions retains the right to display completed work for promotional purposes, including portfolios, social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Any licensed music, stock footage, graphics, or third-party content used within a project remains subject to its respective licensing agreements.
 

Force Majeure

K-Fy Productions shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, emergencies, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events.
 

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to safeguard all recorded media and project files, K-Fy Productions shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control that prevent completion or delivery of a project. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.
 

Communication

Project communication should occur through the agreed-upon methods during normal business hours. Response times may vary depending on current production schedules.
 

Agreement

By paying the required deposit and booking services with K-Fy Productions, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and any additional terms outlined within their service agreement.
